Delivery & Shipping
I aim to ship items within 5 business days or earlier if they are in stock. Bespoke handmade items may take longer and I will contact you to confirm shipping/delivery dates when you place your order.
Shipping & Delivery costs are determined by the local couriers, I generally use Hermes or Fedex

This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused and unwashed with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. Items will not be accepted for refund due to a change of mind or lack of care. Please pay careful attention to the care instructions that are sent with your package.
If the goods do not reach me in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected.
Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Some purchased items are unfortunately non-returnable:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Bespoke items that have been made to specific size or colour.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to me without contacting me first.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundableunless the item is proven to be faulty.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a recorded trackable service as I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach me. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
